Resources with no permission rules are open to all staff. Add rules to restrict access.

Frees a room from its timetabled lessons over a date range — e.g. study leave or a trip — so it can be booked. Optionally limit to one year group. Existing bookings and rooms you don't list are unaffected.

Admins bypass the advance booking limit. Lettings and App Admin permissions are managed by app admins only.

Extended bookers can book further ahead than the standard advance limit (up to the extended limit set in Settings). They are not admins and have no other elevated permissions.

External organisations or individuals who hire school facilities.

Suggested hire charges per venue, session and academic year. Rates pre-fill invoice lines and can be overridden per line when invoicing.

Priced extras (lifeguards, swim teachers, equipment) that can be attached to a lettings booking and flow through as invoice lines. Each add-on applies to one or more resources.
